For this Saturday only we will be offering everyone who attends a free body scan with one of our qualified trainers using our state-of-the-art Evolt 360 Body Scanner. This non-invasive scan takes less than 60 seconds and provides valuable insights into your overall health to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Swimming Lessons & Squad

With lesson places filling fast, it’s time to get your child summer ready by enrolling into our lesson program and avoiding our wait list.

With places available for children aged 6 months right through to their teenage years, our team are eagerly waiting to help support your child’s development to create a happy, healthy and lifelong love of the water.

We’re also excited to be launching our new squad lesson program for more advanced swimmers, with limited places on offer – so get in fast!
