Not sure which option is right for you? The first thing we encourage you to do is make an appointment with our team. A team member will spend time with you to fully understand what you want to achieve and talk through the membership option that best suits your goals. You can decide whether you would like to purchase a membership over the phone or at our presale office.
Once you get started, we will book you in with a fitness professional to commence your personalised program and goal setting session. The focus will be to ensure you start on a safe and effective program that helps you reach your goals and fits into your individual lifestyle.
Your level of membership will determine which facilities within Bay Pavilions you will have access to. All new Platinum, Gold and Gym members are entitled to a free consultation and assessment with one of our fitness professions, where a personalised program will be created just for you – tailored to your specific goals.
Most gym memberships provide 24/7 access – work out whenever you like – 24 hours, 365 days a year!
Yes. Membership suspensions are available for a minimum period of two (2) weeks and a maximum of eight (8) weeks per year. A suspension request must be completed in person at the centre. At the completion of the suspension period, regular membership costs will resume.
Membership cancellation requires that a written cancellation request form be completed in person at the facility. Â Please note a fourteen (14) day notice period is required as per the membership terms and conditions. Please speak to the customer experience officers at the front desk to arrange.
If you lose your membership access pass a new pass can be purchased from reception.
To update direct debit details please contact front desk. We accept VISA, Mastercard or bank account details (BSB and Account number) for direct debit payment.
Platinum, Gold and Group Fitness members can access all classes on the Group Fitness timetable including AquaFit and our Virtual Group Fitness options.

We encourage all prospective members to book in for a no-obligation membership consultation. During this session, a membership consultant will show you around the facility and outline the centre programs and features. At the conclusion of the tour, membership options will be outlined and you will be able to choose the access option that is most suitable. We prefer membership consultations to be booked prior to attending the centre to ensure a staff member is available.
Generally, memberships cannot be suspended retrospectively. In extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the membership consultant, membership alterations may be considered if appropriate medical certification is provided.
Members can update their personal details by notifying customer service staff at reception or by phoning the centre.
No. Memberships are for the holder only and cannot be shared with friends or family members.
