Personal Training: Our one-on-one Personal Training sessions provide you with a dedicated fitness coach who will craft a customized workout regimen based on your specific needs, preferences, and fitness level. With a focus on individualized attention, you’ll experience accelerated progress, targeted results, and a deeper understanding of your body’s capabilities. From tailored exercise plans to nutritional guidance, our trainers are committed to guiding you every step of the way on your transformative fitness journey.
Small Group Personal Training:Â Â For those who thrive in a supportive community setting, our Small Group Personal Training combines the benefits of personalized coaching with the fun of a small group. This option not only makes fitness more social but also allows for a dynamic and motivating environment where you can share your successes and challenges. The shared energy of the group enhances motivation, making each session an uplifting and empowering experience.
You can have up to 4 people in your Small Group Personal Training session and it won’t cost you any more than a regular 1-on-1 session – so if price is an issue or you’re feeling a little apprehensive about starting on your own, you can share the cost with a buddy AND train with your friend/s, it’s a win – win! (Small group PT only available as 60-minute sessions)
