Happy first birthday Bay Pavilions

What an amazing weekend for the first birthday at the Bay Pavilions on the weekend of 3rd & 4th June.

The weekend started with our Rendezvous cocktail night at the Yuin Theatre bar where members and guests enjoyed drinks and canapes whilst listening to James Ebdon playing reminiscent songs on our grand piano and a few patrons got their groove on as they danced the night away. In the theatre, the U3A choir entertained crowds with their harmonies over classic songs that everyone could sing along to.

Saturday was the Bay Pavilions actual birthday and it turned into an amazing day for all. Many families came to enjoy the activities, DJ Jess pumped tunes into the pool hall, kids on the pool inflatables or the jumping castle, free BBQ, scavenger hunt or simply enjoying the day at the Bay Pavilions.

Our mascot ‘Pavvy’ the dolphin was also on hand to dance with the kids and cut the birthday cake to celebrate such a great milestone.
